Orders are dispatched only after successful confirmation.

Cash on Delivery

If Cash on Delivery is available, please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery.

Aaen Official reserves the right to confirm or cancel Cash on Delivery orders if the customer is unreachable or the provided details are incomplete.

Although we try our best to deliver orders within the estimated time, delays may sometimes occur due to courier issues, public holidays, high order volume, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Package on Delivery

If your parcel appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take clear photos and an unboxing video before using the product.
